Hannah Eager Uriah Eager This may certify that at the __(and recording to the ____in every particular) of Mr. Zerubbabel Eager, Late of Marlbro Deceased, I witnessed an instrument for him purporting his last Will, and saw him signe and seal the same, And heard him declare it to be his Last Will and Testament and that I together with Jonathan Eager and Nathaniel Johnson set to our hands as witnesses, and that ye said Zerubbabel Eager was according to my best judgment of sound and ___mind at the time of the writing signing sealing and Declaring of same. And that I have no doubt or hesitance in my mind that he was, I being well acquainted with him. I Zerubbabel Eager of Marlborough in the county of Middlesex and the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England Gentleman- Although aged and infirm of Body yet of good perfect and sound memory Praised be God theirfor, Do make this my Last will and Testiment in manner and form following; First I recommend my Soul to my most merciful God Through Jesus Christ my only Savior; amd my body to the Earth there to be decently buried at the charge and by the discression of my Executor hereafter mentioned. First, I will that all such just Debts I shall owe at my Decease be well and truly paid by my Executor hereafter mentioned. I will and give to my well beloved wife Hannah the improvement of one third part of all my buildings gs, and of all my Lands (that I shall give to my son John Eager) during her natural life and I give to her one third part of all my personal Estate forever to her and to her heirs. I will and give to my well beloved son Uriah Eager and to his heirs and asigns forever one Lot of Land situated in said Marlborough in that part called Agoganquomoset conatining thirty acres more or less said lot is known by the name of Spoonhunts Lot and was originally drawn by Thomas How as he was a proprietor in Agoganquamoset and is bounded as it stands bounded in the Proprietary Book of Records for Agoganquamoset and also I will and give to my said son Uriah and to his heirs and assigns forever my twenty three acre lot of land so called situated in Agoganquomoset lying easterly of a pond called Boons Pond and Ramshom Brook and is bounded as it stands bounded in said Proprietors Book of Records together with whatsoever _____is growing and living thereon. I will and give to my well beloved son Moses Eager and to his heirs and assigns forever one ceertain piece of Meadow Ground situated in Grafton in the County of Worcester containing four acres and a quarter more or less and is what I purchased of Nathaniel Sherman of said Grafton and bounded as it is bounded to me in a deed said Sherman gave me of sd. meadow. Also I give to my son Moses one half of my Ceder Swamp known by the name Crane Swamp in Westborough in the County of Worcester. Also I will to my son Moses twenty pounds old tender to be paid by my Executor hereafter named in one year after my Decease. I will and give to my well beloved son John Eager and to his heirs and assigns forever all my other Land I am now possess of in said Marlborough, and in Southborough and Westborough and in Sturbridge in the County of Worcester, namely all my homestead and my house and barns and plow lands orchards swamplands pasture lands Woodlands and Ceder Swamp which I have not heretofore deeded away nor in this my last will gave to my other children and my will is that my son John have all my personal Estate that I have not gave to my wife or shall not herein give away and my will is that my son John take possession of all that Reall Estate that (I have given my wife the improvement of during her natural life) at her decease and all that I give to my said son John is on condition that he comply with and fulfill all the bequests I shall make or have made in this my Last Will and Testiment to my other children or to other person or persons. I will and give to my well beloved son in law James Wood and to Hepzibah my well beloved daughter his now married wife two hundred pounds old tender or what is equal thereto in other tender to be paid by my Executor hereafter mentioned, fifty pounds thereof to be paid in two years after my Decease and fifty pounds a year yearly and every year after the first payment till the sum of two hundred pounds old tender be paid. I will and give to my well beloved son in law Johaniah How and to my well beloved daughter Damaris his now married wife one hundred fifty pounds old tender or what is equal thereto to be paid by my Executor hereafter named fifty pounds thereto be paid two years after my Decease and fifty pounds a year yearly after the first payment until the sum of one hundred fifty pounds be paid. I will and give to my beloved son in law Isaac Herrington and to my well beloved daughter Miriam his now married wife one hundred fifty pounds old tender or what is equal thereof to be paid by my Executor hereafter named fifty pounds thereto be paid in two years after my Decease and fifty pounds a year yearly after the first payment until the sum of one hundred fifty poundsbe paid. I will and give to my man Moses Parker one pair of sheep which shall be coming in this year be delivered to himand my will is that my son John deliver them to him out of whatever I have given him within two years after my Decease if said Moses lives in my name by his time out according to agreement. I will and give to my said sons Uriah Eager and Moses Eager all my waring apparil to be equally divided among them at my Decease. I make and ordain my said son John Eager Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testiment - Utterly revoking all other wills or testiments heretofor made or declared by me.
