July 20, 1738. His will was dated Feb. 14 and proved Sept. 4, 1788. Oct 1677 "Jeremy," aged 19 and his father were sued by Joseph Greeley to recover a horse; horse was to be returned, or Greeley to recover �5 in corn or cattle. [ref 46:1-7,9]
