Ebenezer4 Tinkham (Ebenezer, Mary, Peter Brown), married, first, at Middleborough, on 28 October 1703, Patience Pratt, who died at Middleborough, 29 March, 1718. He married second on 9 July, 1719, at Scituate, Mass., Hannah (Hatch3) Turner, widow of Japhet Turner, or Scituate. [ref 93:41-189]

On 7 November, 1726, "mr Shuball Tinkham of middleborough" was appointed administrator on the estate of "your Brother Ebenezer Tinkham late of middleboro . . . lately dyed Intestate" In unrecorded bond 7 November, 1726, "Shubel Tinkham," as administrator, with John Bennet and James Sprout as sureties, all three of Middleborough, gave a bond for 300. The witnesses were Isaac Cushman, Jr. and Ichabod King. The inventory was taken, 9 December, 1726 by Henry Wood, John Tinkham and John Bennett. The real estate was: "His Homestead, his dwelling, House & Barn" �340; "His farme or House & Land he bought of Jacob Lovell" �80; "His thirteenth Lott of Land in ye little Lott mens Purchase" �16; "halfe ye fifteenth Lott in sd Purchase" �9; "meadow in winnatuxit meadows about two acres" �36; "half a Lott of Cedar Swamp in ye Six & twenty mens Purchase" �10. The three appraisers and the administrator made oath to the inventory, on 22 December, 1726, before Isaac Winslow, Judge of Probate (Plym. co probate #20,829; 5:158,193). [ref 93:41-189]
