If age correct, he could not have been the Mr. N.T. who came �1640 as master of the 'Prosperous' who could have been the Nicholas bp. at Kingsweare 29 Sept. 1609, son of Nicholas. One N. wit., Shapleigh to Treworgye 26 May 1642, Georges to Withers 1 Mar. 1643. In 1648 Richard Hogg of Boston had a p/a from England to collect from John Pease and N.T. In a Mass. ct. that yr. Robert Knight got a verd. of �183 ag. John T., Nicholas Shapleigh and N.T., the case ag. Shapleigh being reheard in 1653 when the judg. ag. him was reversed. Mr. N.T. plf. in a suit ag.
