- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Samuel, Mr., mariner, depos. in 1661, ag. 33, that he was lately at Samuel Wentworth's ho. on Great Isl. Both men were taxed there in 1671 and it is poss. the yr. '1661' is an error. A Berw. wit. in Feb. 1664-5, in 1669 took a letter from Barbadoes to Piscataqua. On 2 Nov. 1674 his mo. deeded him the former Thompson's, now Treworgye's Point, which he, a Portsm. mariner, and w. Dorcas (Walton) sold to Richard Rich four days later. Deft. in suits brot by Andrew Cranch and Lawrence Mann in 1674. Last seen as a Boston wit. with Thomas Kemble 16 Mar. 1674-5; not in mo.'s will. Kn. ch: James, a minor in 1676. Elizabeth, named in gr.fa. Walton's will in Feb. 1685-6, m. 1st Noah Parker, m. 2d John Field, m. 3d Benjamin Cross. As E.C., wid., of Portsm., only surv. ch. of Samuel Treworgy of Kit., she sold an 18 a. addition to his ho.-lot 7 Mar. 1739-40. [ref 22] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - SAMUEL b. 1628; m.
