22 Feb 1649 Widow Stace granted 1/2 of a parcel of meadow lying by Mr. Salton

11 Nov 1669 (will dictated to children several days before she died) administration on the estate of Elizabeth Stace, intestate, granted, by Mr. Samuell Symonds and Maj. Generall Denison to Symon Stace, her son, Ipswich, MA. (3b) Allowed in Ipswich, MA Court 29 Mar 1670, "The words of Elizabeth Stace apon here death beade her Last e will." stall's farm. Ipswich of the County of Essex as we Resayved them from here owne mouth a day or two befor she dyed." Witness: Simon Stace, Sarath Stace, Anne Stace. The court allowed the will to stand , although it was declared no will on account of no executor being named. Gives to her son Simon "a bolloke for the buryall of me." To her son Thomas Stace, "a gratte bibell & a damask e napkaine." To her daughter Sarah Busswell "a vellvette Cushen." To her daughter Susanah Ffrench "two Payer of glowes." "All thesse hauing Resayved ther porshones before." To her daughter "Meors, a beade & a blanket & a Couerlide and bollstor & a pillowe & a payer of Sheatts & a payer of pillowbears & one of my wearing Coouttes." To her daughter "Ane, in consideras honto here staying with me in my owld aegge & beinge hellpfull to me: for which I giwe to here two Cowes and all my other howsalld stufe: Mary Meors having resayved a porshion allso befor." Will directs "my body to be desently buried in Ipswich Burying place."
