[ref 33:376]John was a shipwright and went to England where he died unmarried between Feb. 26, 1700/1, and Oct. 21, 1701, the dates of making and proving his will which says that he was about to go on a voyage in the Portsmouth Galley of Longon and leaves his property to his friends George and Phebe Rowe of the parish of St. Paul's Shadwell.
