OLIVER LIBBY, born in Lebanon, Me., 23 December 1788; married first, 16 Sept. 1813, HANNAH DELANO, daughter of Elder Zebedee Delano; (died 24 Nov. 1815, in Lebanon); second, 1 May 1817, LYDIA LITTLEFIELD, daughter of Ebenezer Littlefield. She died in 1848. He lived on the homestead farm six years after his marriage, and then removed to Albion, where he lived seven years. He then exchanged farms with his brother John, and lived eight years in Embden. Eight years later he returned to Albion. Late in life he went to New York State, and died in Harrison, 2 Sept. 1859. Child, by first wife 1814: Nathaniel; by second wife 1817-33: Hannah, Polly, Betsey, Lois, Betsey, Lois, Julia, Laura. [ref 25:243]
