Thomas) Wickham, 4 Feb., 1706-7; abt. 1732 rem. from Weth. to Goshen, Ct., -- tho' poss. not directly, as he is spoken of in 1736, as of Midd. He was apparently well along in yrs. at time of this removal., and during his last days he was probably in feeble health, as he turned over his ppy. to his ch., and was cared for by one of his sons. He d. 1772. He may have been the B. licensed by Co. Ct. June, 1731, as a "taverner." [ref 24:275] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 1730 Benjamin and bro Charles and their wives deeded property the sisters had inherited from their father Thomas Wickham. in Middletown as late as 10 June 1741; Oct 1742 resident of Goshen Sep 1769 Selectmen of Goshen declared Benjamin "impotent by reason of old age.
