| - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - CAPT. IVORY LIBBY, born in Berwick, Me., 1 Feb. 1793; married, 26 Nov. 1812, OLIVE PRAY, daughter of Joseph and Dorcas Pray of Lebanon. He was a farmer on his father's homestead in what is now North Berwick, until 1845, when he sold out and, in company with his son Hebron, opened a general store at Great Falls, N. H. Four years later he bought the farm in Lebanon on which he lived until his death, 30 Aug. 1860. He was a captain in the North Berwick militia. His widow died 25 April 1879. Children, all born in North Berwick 1813-39: Mary, Caroline, Dorcas, Hebron, Martha, Louisa, Harriet, Ruth, Sarah, Ivory, Olive, Clara, John.
