William, deft. in N.H. Ct. 1640. In 1646 with Dr. Renald Fernald appr. the est. of John White. In 1650 his w. Margery test. regarding Dr. John Reynold's affairs three yrs. prior. appar. they had come up to Eliot with the others from the mouth of the river. Innholder opp. Dover Neck from 1649, he entertained the Commissioners from Mass. when Kit. submitted in Nov. 1652. He d. bef. the next summer, and his wid. Margaret, m. 2d by 1656 Isaac Nash of Dover, 3d Abraham Conley. Ch: Martha, William. [ref 22]

William Everett is said to have married Margery, daughter of Thomas Witham. Margery (Witham) Everett, married (2), Isaac Nash, who has been called the father-in-law of Martha (Lord) Everett. [ref 31:7]

The testimony of Martha Lord aged eighty-four years or thereabout saith that her father William Everett formerly of Kittery in the County of York deceased did in his life Time dwell on a Tract of Land in Kittery aforesd now in the possession of Capt. John Leighton and that said Everets House stood by an old orchard & a certain run of water Issuing into Piscataqua River, which run of water is Northward from the most Northerly Point of Watts Fort so called, which house my mother lived in & possessed after the Death of my sd Father untill she married with Isaac Nash & they sold the same to Mr. William Leighton. EVERETT, William, Kittery, was sued in Piscataqua court oin 1640. Took oath of allegiance to Mass. govt. 16 Nov. 1652. Wife Margaret [sic]. He died between 25 March, 1671, date of his last deed of land, and 23 Nov. 1674, when that sale was confirmed by the widow, who had meantime married Isaac Nash of Dover. [ref 44:65]
