H., 24 March 1794; married, 29 Nov. 1821, MARY CANNEY, daughter of William and Betsey (White) Canney of Tuftonborough. Early left an orphan, he lived during his minority with Moses Wiggin of Wolfborough, and John Canney of Tuftonborough. Previous to his marriage, he bought a farm in Tuftonborough, and on it resided until his death, 21 Dec. 1877. His wife died 2 July 1862. They were members of the M. E. Church.
