[ref 22] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Allen, b. 1701, probably went to Biddeford with his father's family about 1721 and remained there permanently. No trace of him has been found after 1760 and nothing to show he ever had a wife or children. Sept 2, 1729 "noted that Allieng Godieng, John Stackpoll Jr., John Bockis, John Smith, is granted the privlige of building of a seaet in the fruent gallerey next the frunt windo levieng sufiesant rum [room] for pasing into the other seaetes." Aug 19, 1730 "voted on town matters." May 9, 1728 "grant of thirty acres providing he pay town four pounds and dwell in town five years."
