Daniel Pillsbury Jr., born in Newbury, 12 Mar. 1711, died there about 1760, married 1 Jan. 1735-6, Sarah Clements. He married secondly, in Amesbury, 11 Jan. 1753, Elizabeth Colby. Daniel Pillsbury was a shipwright. Administration on the estate of Daniel Pillsbury of Newbury, deceased, was granted to his widow, Elizabeth Pillsbury, 3 Mar. 1760. She gave bond, with Timothy Pike and Joshua Pillsbury, as sureties. Her dower in the estate was set off to her, 24 May 1762 (Essex co probate 21948). Children, born in Newbury, Mass. by Sarah 1738-52: Elinor, Elijah, Timothy, Ruth, Miriam, Miriam, Sarah. [ref 88:158]
