In 1708 J.P. deeded part of Pickering Point to him 'cousin' for nat. love and affec. and in settlem. of all accts. betw. them. His wife Abigail (Riddan, m. 11 Jan. 1692-3) d. 29 Aug. 1704, and he m. 2d 28 Nov. 1710 wid. Hannah Griffith. He d. 13 May 1718 in 47th yr. (gr.st.); adm. to s. Nehemiah 3 Sept. fol, est. insolv. Wid. ment. in acct. 1721. His mo.'s will, 1733, names her two gr.sons and their wives, 3 gr.daus., 4 gt.-gr.daus. Ch. (Prov. rec.) 1694-1704: Sarah, Nehemiah, William, Mary, William, Abigail.
