To "my son Edwd Washburne (over and above what I have given him thertofore by Deed) the sum of five Shillings old tenour" To "my son Moses Washburne (over and above what I have already given him by Deed) the sum of five shillings old tenour" To "my son Gideon Washburne (besides what I have already given him by Deed) my Cary & Wheels, Betle & Wedges, and also . . . all my real Estate that I have Not before disposed of All I do Order my sd son Gideon to pay all my debts and to pay out the several Legaceys herein contained and mentioned and I do nominate . . . him to be the Sole Executor of this my last Will" To "the heirs of my son James Washburne deceasd Namely, Ruben Washburne, Simeon Washburne, Ebenezer Washburne, Josiah Washburne, & Mary Washburne, five shillings apeice old tenour, haveing heretofore Given my said son James in his life time a Deed of lands" To "my daughter Mary the wife of William Snow (besides what I have already Given her) the sum of five Shillings New tenour." To "my Daughter Anna (besides what I have already Given her) the Sum of five Shillings old tenour." To "my three daughters, namely, Sarah the wife of Henry Caswell, Martha the wife of Robert Richmond, & Elizabeth the wife of Elisha Haward jur all my Indoor and out of Door moveables which I have not disposed off to be Equally divided between them" To "my said son Gideon all my Wareing apparell" The will was signed by a mark. The witnesses were John Washburne, Abisha Washburne and Josiah Edson, Jr. On 3 July, 1749, the will was presented by the executor Gideon Washburne, and was probated on the testimony of John Washburne and Abisha Washburne, two of the witnesses. On 21 July, 1749, the inventory was taken, by Josiah Edson, Jr., Samuel Kinsley and Eleazer Carver. It was sworn to on 1 August, 1749, by Samuel Kinsley, and on 5 August, 1749, by Josiah Edson and Eleazer Carver. Gideon Washburne, the executor, make oath to it on 7 August, 1749.
