Feb. 20, 1692; 2d, ABIGAIL2 MORSE [wid. of John Hendrick]. He served in King Philip's war, 1675; was of A. 1688, Nb. 1694, Ip. 1691 and '99. Will Dec. 6, 1699; bound for Carolina, where his wife Abigail then was, to settle the estate "God hath given me;" ment. his common rights in Hv.; proved May 16, 1709. 6 Aug 1683 father's will: Also, my Will is that my daughter Abigail and her Husband Jno Hendrick live, as they now do with my wife, for the managing that Estate I leave them, for the comfort & supply of my wife in her age, & if my son-in-law John Hendrick, & his wife, or their children, do neglect or refuse to take such care of my wife in plowing for her as her need doth require, for her comfortable supply, on all accounts while shee doth live, that then I do hereby will & empowr my Overse�ers, hereafter named, to sell & dispose of any part of my meadows, as they shall think meet, for the supply of my wife, to help her with wt shee doth need. I appoint my wife & my son-in-law John Hendrick, & my daughter Abigail Hendrick Executors of this my will.
