1904 transferred by the War Dept. to the Admiralty.

1905 Miner No. 18 renamed Fidget.

1907 Fidget renamed Adelaide.

NL Mar 1913 Adelaide at Malta, a tender to Egmont, for Torpedo Boat Destroyers, and included in the Navy List under a list of Store Ships, RFAs, small steam vessels, tugs, &c., employed on harbour service.

1915 Adelaide renamed Adda.

1933 Adda renamed St. Angelo, probably to comply with the Naval Discipline Act, since, until 1959, a shore establishment needed to have a floating vessel with the same name in order that punishment warrants etc. would be legal. All sorts of vessels, including MLs and MFVs were also used for this purpose, and although supposed to be used for training purposes etc., were often used for weekend jollies, so I'm told.
