20 Jul 1832 departed Napoli di Romannia, where the St. Vincent and Raleigh were at anchor.

28 Jul 1832 departed Malta for England.

15 Aug 1832 departed Oporto, for England, but experienced awful weather and lost an engine, the connecting rod having broken and further damaged the enngine, however managed to make Falmouth and Portsmouth, where the other engine gave up the ghost, and drifted against ships in Ordinary and carried away her funnel, and as a result was paid off.

23 Aug 1832 arrived Portsmouth from the Mediterranean with mails from Malta, Cadiz, and Portugal, having touched at Falmouth on the 20th.

31 Aug 1832 was paid off at Portsmouth.

19 Sep 1832 departed Portsmouth for the River with the Dee.

21 Sep 1832 arrived Woolwich from Portsmouth, with the Dee.

3 Dec 1834 commissioned at Woolwich by Lt. Kennedy. It is estimated she will be ready for sea by Christmas.

29 Dec 1832 passed through the Downs, en route for Falmouth, to take the next Mediterranean mail.

17 Mar 1833 Falmouth, (Lieutenant Kennedy), arrived this afternoon from Malta, via Vigo, and due to sickness onboard, is now in quarantine. She spoke the Reynard, from Messina to Portsmouth, on the 28th ult. off Malaga.

23 Mar 1833 arrived Plymouth.

28 Jun 1833 departed Plymouth for Milford on Tuesday, from whence she will proceed to the West Indies.

19 Sep 1833 Is reported to have arrived at Madeira on the 26th of July, in 12 days from Milford, and departed on the 30th, for Demerara.

Circa 12 Feb 1835 is reported to have departed from Cork for the Mediterranean.

Plymouth 12 Mar 1835 departed on Sunday for Gibraltar, but returned, having sprung her foremast in the gales, and will sail again when repiared and the gales have abated.

1 Jul 1835 at Malta.

Malta 26 Aug 1835 arrived from England last Monday week from Portsmouth with the Earl of Durham onboard. They departed on Wednesday for Constantinople with the Alban in company.

Malta 21 Nov 1835 departed for Alexandria.

Malta 8 Dec 1835 departed for Alexandria 21 Nov 1835, with the mail and returned on 5 Dec.

Portsmouth 16 Jan 1836 arrived from Malta with mail, which she left on 17 Dec 1835, having arrived from Alexandria on the 10th.

Portsmouth 13 Feb 1836 is reported to have recently been paid off at Woolwich.

26 Jul 1837 is reported by the packet Spey to have been driven ashore by a hurricane in the harbour at Barbados.

31 Jul 1840, arrived at Woolwich from Chatham, on Tuesday, and will sail immediately for Portsmouth and the north coast of Spain.

16 Aug 1840 Portsmouth The detachment of Royal Artillery brought from Woolwich by the Alban steamer, and embarked on board the Vanguard at Spithead, has been relanded, far want of proper accommodation, and has marched into Calewort Barracks, in this garrison.

20 Aug 1840 arrived Portsmouth from St. Sebastian, which she left an Sunday last, with officers and men of the Royal Artillery, of the Sappers and Miners and Royal Marine Artillery.

21 Aug 1840, has arrived Woolwich.

11 Sep 1840 Woolwich, is under orders to return from Pembroke to Woolwich to have her steering wheel and compasses shifted in accordance with a plan proposed by the Surveyor of the Navy, the compasses in their present position being very materially affected by the local attraction of the iron tiller.

15 Sep 1840 arrived at Woolwich from Pembroke, having disembarked Captain Gray, Lieutenant Meheux, and a detachment of the Woolwich division of Royal Marines.

18 Sep 1840 Woolwich, having had her wheel and compasses shifted, will be ready for sea an Sunday. Her accommodation for troops have also been increased, as she will, as occasions arise, be actively employed to that service.

1 Oct 1840 arrived from Portsmouth on Sunday, and departed the Tuesday following for Cardiff, to embark the 45th Regiment for Belfast.

16 Apr 1842 departed Portsmouth with water and provisions for merchant vessels detained in the chops of the Channel in the light of the current round of easterly winds preventing vessel sailing up the Channel.
