25 Feb 1801 the Falmouth packet Princess Charlotte departed Martinique for Jamaica, and on the passage was chased by a schooner privateer before falling in with the frigates Diana and Amphitrite, on a cruise, with whom she spoke, advising them of the presence of the privateer, they departed in search of the vessel.

24 May 1801 departed Sheerness, the Amphitrite, 36, Capt May, for the Downs. [Move cancelled].

26 May 1801 departed Sheerness, the Gilderland (sic), Commodore Tullaker, with the Amphitrite, Capt May, and Galat�e, sloop, Capt Sprangler, Dutch ships of war, for Cork, to take troops on board, but their destination is unknown.

28 May 1801 arrived in the Downs from Sheerness, the Gelderland (sic), Amphitrite, and Galatea (sic).

Circa 11 Jun 1801 arrived Cove for troops.

11 Jul 1801 arrived Spithead the Amphitrite and Galath�e, Dutch frigates, with a convoy of troop transports from Jersey, with men of the 9th Regt on board, which had been relieved by men from Cork some time since.

16 Jul 1801 departed Spithead the Guelderland, Amphitrite, and Galath�e, Dutch men of war for Cork.

31 Jul 1801 departed Cork, with the Guelderland, Amphitrite, and Galath�e, with the Dutch chasseurs embarked, for the Isle of Wight.

10 Aug 1801 arrived Spithead with the Dutch men of war Guelderland and Galathea, and the Dutch Chasseurs on board from Cork. 11 Aug 1801 departed Spithead with the Guelderland and Galathea, for Cork.

19 Aug 1801 arrived Spithead with the Coromandel armed transport, and about forty sail of merchantmen and eight transports, from the West Indies.

9 Oct 1801 departed Spithead the Amphitrite, with a convoy to the westward.

13 Oct 1801 was observed passing Plymouth for the Westwards, with her convoy. But see the next item, which would suggest that she had to go back past Plymouth the following day.

14 Oct 1801 arrived Torbay with her convoy and remains, due to strong adverse SW winds, with thick rain.

19 Oct 1801 departed Torbay with her convoy and a fine northerly wind.

26 Apr 1802 sailed through the Downs for the Northward, with the Guelderland, and Galathea, under Dutch colours.

10 May 1802 the Iris and Favourite are ordered to convey the troops serving as marines on board the Guelderland, Ambuscade, Amphitrite, and Galathea, Dutch ships, to Lymngton, Hants, from which place they will embark for Holland. The sloops Ranger, Arrow, and Autumn are ordered to take the seamen belonging to the 4 Dutch ships above, to Embden.

21 May 1802 has been paid off at Chatham.

28 Jul 1803 has been undocked at Chatham and commissioned by Capt Hotham.

Circa 1 Aug 1803 Amphitrite renamed Imperieuse.
