11 Sep 1800 Portsmouth, arrived the Champion, with dispatches from Marcou. On Tuesday last, in company with the Dolphin cutter, and Sparkler and Bouncer gun-brigs, drove on shore and destroyed two sloops, laden with barilla.

2 Dec 1800 Portsmouth, arrived the Grand Falconer cutter, from Marcou, with the Champion cutter in tow, dismasted.

5 Jan 1801 arrived Spithead from Marcou with the cutter Rose, Lt Richardson.

20 Jan 1801 arrived Spithead the Champion cutter, Lieutenant Richardson, from Marcou, with the marines and seamen on board, who were wounded in an attack made by seventy volunteers, commanded by Lieutenant Thomas, from the island, against a French gun-brig lying under the protection of a battery, near the harbour of Havre de Grace, and who were forced to retreat with the loss of twenty-four men, killed and wounded.

29 Jan 1801 arrived Spithead two large French fishing-boats, taken off Marcou, by the Champion cutter.

5 Jun 1801 arrived Spithead from Marcou with an emigrant on board with information from the French coast, where he is reputed to have reported that French troops were assembling.

2 Aug 1801 in company with the cutter Carteret, the Champion departed Spithead to Marcou with fresh provisions.

10 Aug 1801 arrived Spithead from Marcou.

2 Sep 1801 departed Spithead for Marcou.

3 Sep 1801 arrived Spithead from Marcou.
