21 Sep 1801 arrived Spithead the schooner John, Chuter, master, from Baltimore, detained by the Chester, per the London Courier and Evening Gazette of Tuesday 22 September 1801, however a couple of days later, on the 24th, the master's name was amended to read Chester and the detaining vessel was the Gun-Brig Aggressor ! Duh ! So this record is a load of rubbish !
