21 Jul 1804 departed Portsmouth harbour for Spithead.

Circa 28 Jul 1804 Capt J Watson has made a signal for a convoy to the West Indies.

Circa 4 Aug 1804 Capt Impey, late of the Alonzo, apptd to the Epervier.

25 Aug 1804 departed Spithead the Epervier, and Penguin, brigs, with a convoy for the West Indies.

26 Jan 1805 captured the French privateer Elizabeth on the Leeward Island station.

3 Feb 1806 Epervier joined squadron under V.-adm Duckworth off Saint-Thomas. 5th Magicienne joined confirming the intelligence. 6 Feb a French Squadron was sighted leaving Santo-Domingo. the action of Santo-Domingo Roads commenced ; 2 French ships (Imp�rial and Diom�de) run ashore and 3 (Alexandre, Jupiter, Brave) taken ; the wash-up ; the casualties ; more wash-up.

12 Dec 1808 a part of a small squadron which discovered a small squadron, recently arrived in the West Indies from France with stores, which it attempted to destroy before the stores could be landed.
