1831 Admiralty renamed Fanny.
Portsmouth 29 Jun 1833 In Harbour.
Portsmouth 6 Jul 1833 In Harbour.

2 Feb 1835 The cutters Fanny, Emerald and Speedy tested their sailing qualities at Portsmouth this week.
Portsmouth 28 Aug 1835 departed for Weymouth to embark the bishop of Winchester for passage to the Channel Isles.
Jersey 8 Sep 1835 reported to be due to sail for Guernsey shortly.
20 Jun 1842 departed Portsmouth with Adm. Sir E Codrington and family for the Channel Isles, Jersey, &c., the southern limits of his station.
27 Jun 1842 departed Jersey with the C-in-C for Guernsey, having visited Cherbourg.
2 Jul 1842 arrived Portsmouth from the Channel Isles, Adm Sir E. Codrington resuming command of the Port.
15 July 1848 Experimental Squadron departed from Portsmouth - see St Vincent for article from the Morning Chronicle dated 17 Jul 1848

27 Jul 1851 Portsmouth, The Royal Yacht Victoria and Albert came into harbour, with the Fanny, steam tender, yesterday from Osborne. Both vessels will remain in harbour till Monday morning, as usual, this arrangement affording their crews an opportunity of attending divine service on the Sunday.
