1 Jan 1799 a prison ship at Chatham.

28 May 1800 a court martial was held at Sheerness, on board the Savage, sloop of war, on Lieutenant Wheatly and his Clerk, of the Gelykheidt prison ship, at Gillingham, for drunkenness and neglect of duty, ungentlemanlike conduct, embezzlement of stores, tyranny, and oppression, but the charges being malicious and ill founded, they were acquitted.

15 Jan 1801 ordered to be cut down at Chatham following a visit of a Navy Board ?

26 Mar 1803 is being brought forward for commission, and is stated to be in forward state at Chatham.

17 Apr 1803 is intended for R.-Adm Thornborough, and has been waiting some days at Chatham for a wind, and as it has now come round to the SW, she will most probably sail tomorrow.

20 Apr 1803 arrived in the Downs from Sheerness, the Gelykheid, Capt Colby.

24 Apr 1803 arrived Sheerness from Chatham.

10 May 1803 departed Long Reach, where presumably her guns and powder were embarked, for the Nore, from whence she depart for the Downs. Her ship's company have been paid their advance of pay.

13 May 1803 remained in the Downs the Gelykheid, Minerva, Jalouse, Lynx, Vixen, Locust, and Stag revenue cutter.

20 May 1803 departed the Downs, the Gelykheid, with the gun vessel Censor, to join R.-Adm Thornborough off Goree.

8 Jun 1803 the revenue cutter Swallow, just arrived in the Downs from the squadron off Goree, where she left the Gelykheid, Amelia, Raisonable, Penelope, and Locust.

13 Jun 1803 arrived in the Downs from Goree.

14 Jun 1803 R.-Adm Thornborough struck his flag on board the Gelykheid and departed for London, having been replaced at Goree by Commodore Sydney Smith on board the Antelope.

23 Jun 1803 remains in the Downs, the Sulphur, the Gelykheid, and Basilisk.

3 Jul 1803 R.-Adm Montague shifted his flag from the Gelykheid to the Utrecht.

3 Jul 1803 the Gelykheid departed the Downs on a cruise to the French coast.

8 Jul 1803 arrive N Yarmouth Roads and remain, the Leda, Adm Thornborough ; Gelykheid, and Penelope, frigates ; Zebra, and Locust, gun brigs ; Hecla, bomb ; from a cruise in the North Sea.

12 Jul 1803 departed N Yarmouth, with the Vesuvius bomb, on a cruise off the Dutch coast.

5 Aug 1803 arrived N Yarmouth, the Gelykheid, 68, Adm Thornborough ; and Censor, gun vessel, from a cruise in the North Sea.

17 Aug 1803 remains at N Yarmouth, the Gelykheid, 68, Adm Thornborough ; and Censor, gun brig, and cutter Badger.

10 Oct 1803 arrived N Yarmouth Roads the frigate Penelope, and bomb Discovery, and remain with the Gelykheid, Roebuck, and Constant.

17 Oct 1803 arrived N Yarmouth Roads, the Ruby, to receive the flag of Adm Thornborough ; the captain and officers of the Ruby are to exchange with the officers of the Gelykheid, which is to sail in a few days.

18 Oct 1803 this morning, Adm Thornborough transferred his flag from the Gelykheid to the Ruby.

Circa 31 Oct 1803 Hon Capt Gardner, apptd to the Gelykheid.

3 Nov 1803 Adm Russell hoisted his flag on board the Gelykheid at North Yarmouth and is shortly expected to depart for Hull.

10 Nov 1803 Adm Thornborough has shifted his flag from the Gelykheid to the Ruby, and remains in the Roads. On landing at the jetty stairs yesterday he unfortunately slipped and fell into the sea, but apart from a good soaking he received no injuries.

Nov 1803 the Gelykheid was stationed in the Humber as Guardship.

Circa 12 Nov 1803 R.-Adm Russel was on board the Gelykheid, Capt M'Kinley, at N Yarmouth.

Circa 12 May 1804 Capt I Wooley apptd to the Gelykheid.

1807 fitted out as sheer hulk at Falmouth.
