Notes:

12 Apr 1800 captured the French privateer Innocente on the Leeward Island station.

7 Jun 1800 captured the French privateer Volante on the Leeward Island station.

30 Jun 1800 Gipsey and Pickle captured the French privateer Fidele on the Leeward Island station.

8 Oct 1800 captured the French schooner Quidproquo.

May 1803 sent from Jamaica to Curacoa to warn the captain of the Surinam of the impending hostilities, which resulted in the Surinam being taken by the Dutch, and the Gipsy beating a hasty retreat.

19 Oct 1803 at 1600 hrs, Cape Maize bearing north, 6-7 leagues, chased and after a running fight of 2 hours and 40 minutes drove on shore and destroyed a French privateer schooner full of men and armed with 2 long 18 pounders. Would have attempted to get her off, but with the wind freshening was obliged to sail for the safety of the schooner and join the packet which I saw safe agreeable to orders.

4 Nov 1803 at Port Royal, Jamaica.

Dec 1803 preparations made for an attack on the island of Cura�oa 31 Jan 1804 Dutch refused to surrender. Seamen and marines landed and operations continued until the 25 Mar when the operation was abandoned.

May 1805 Jamaica Station

21 Jan 1805 whilst waiting off Cape Antonio for the Princess-Charlotte, chased a privateer schooner on shore.
