3 Aug 1916 the minesweeper Clacton sunk going alongside the Grafton with the loss of a few men - see p 50 - torpedo probably intended for the Grafton ?

Oct 1916 personnel were carried on the ship's books who were additional for duty ashore in a naval observation station - see p 370 www.naval-review.org/issues/1919-3.pdf.

1 Dec 1916 changing duties at Kephelo with Theseus - see p 57 - page out of order.

29 Dec 1916 arrived south of Malva Island to bombard battery. Bad weather prevailed - see p 60-61.
