24 Feb 1797 Hind and Telemachus captured the French privateer Mandarin in the Channel.

1 Jan 1799 CO : Lt Woodcock ; stationed in the Downs and North Sea (N.C.).

4 May 1799 arrived Plymouth the Dans Heufnong Brunck, from Morlaix, detained by the Hind cutter.

8 May 1799 arrived Plymouth with a prize, a French chasse maree, laden with salt.

13 Aug-Oct 1799 employed on expedition to Holland.

28 Aug 1799 capture of the Dutch hulks Drotchterland and Brooderschap, and the ships Helder, Venus, Minerva, and Hector, in the New Diep, in Holland.

2 Dec 1799 arrived Portsmouth from a cruise.

4 Dec 1799 departed Plymouth for Fowey.

24 Feb 1802 prize money resulting from the capture of the Dutch hulks Drotchterland and Brooderschap, and the ships Helder, Venus, Minerva, and Hector due to be paid.

2 Feb 1802 will be paid their respective Proportions of a Final Distribution for the Ship Hoop, at Portsmouth.

15 Nov 1802 arrived Falmouth from a cruise.

17 Nov-30 Dec 1802 prize money resulting from the expedition to Holland due for payment.

18 Dec 1802 departed Falmouth, the Hind, Allen.
