Circa Feb 1800 Captain B. W. Page, late of the Orpheus, is appointed to the command of the Inflexible, 64.

25 Apr 1800 departed, the Inflexible, Stately, Wassenaer, Alkmaar, Charon, Expedition, Hebe, Pallas, Romulus, Sensible, Niger, Resource, and Vestal, with troops ; the Commanders of which have sealed orders.

7 Jan 1801 arrived Plymouth with naval and military stores for Malta ; she sprung her foretop mast in a violent gale of wind off the Lizard.

10 Jan 1801 departed Plymouth for Malta, touching at Cork to take in a regiment, supposed Hompesch's hussars.

8 Mar to 2 Sep 1801 services off the coast of Egypt.

29 Jun 1801 cruising off Alexandria, per UK newspapers of this date, reporting news received from off Egypt.

6 Aug 1801 departed the coast of Egypt for France in company with the Dolphin, and Ulysses, with the second division of General Belliard's French troops, on being embarked from Cairo, and in view of the baggage involved assume that this must have included a convoy of transports.

1 Nov 1801 departed Malta with the Dictator, Capt Hardy, and Delft, Capt Redmill, also with detachments of the guards. They report that Lord Keith and his naval force remained at Malta when they departed.

3 Dec 1801 arrived Spithead the Inflexible, armed en flute, with 560 of the Guards on board, from Malta.

10 Feb 1802 departed Spithead to the eastward, to be paid off.

15 Feb 1802 remains in the Downs with the St Albans.

16 Feb 1802 departed the Downs for Sheerness.

18 Feb 1802 arrived Sheerness, the Inflexible, Capt Page, from Portsmouth, last from the Downs. She then came into harbour, and departed later for Chatham to be paid off.

7 Nov 1803 to be fitted out as a troop ship in modern day parlance.

Circa 3 Dec 1803 Mr Speechly, Purser of the Wasp, apptd to the Inflexible.

Circa 31 Dec 1803 Capt T Bayley apptd to the Inflexible.

4 Apr 1804 arrived Spithead from N Yarmouth, the Inflexible, Capt Bayley.

Circa 9 Apr 1804 the Inflexible, and the Chichester, are apptd to take troops on board for a foreign station.

25 May 1804 departed Spithead for the Downs.

1-3 Oct 1804 fire ships expended and the trial of a new form of fire boat known as a "catamaran," on the French flotillas anchored off Boulogne. The officers in charge of the fire or explosion vessels were as follows : Capts MacLeod, of the Sulphur ; Jackson, of the Autumn ; Edwards of the Fury ; Collard of the Railleur ; and Searle of the Helder defence ship. Lieuts Stewart of the Monarch ; Lowry of the Leopard ; Payne of the Immortalite ; Templer of the Sulphur ; Midshipman Bartholomew of the Inflexible ; Capts Winthrop of the Ardent ; and Owen of the Immortalite, superintended the operations from the Southward ; and Hon Capt Blackwood, of the Euryalus, from the Northward. 9 Oct 1804 Mr Sawyer, Captain's Clerk, of the Inflexible, was killed at a duel on Tuesday, with a Master's Mate from the same ship, against whom a jury recorded a verdict of manslaughter.

12 Apr 1805 captured the French privateer Alert at sea.

7 Aug 1807 arrived Copenhagen with a large convoy of transports for the siege and bombardment of Copenhagen 15 Aug - 20 Oct 1807 and capture of Danish Fleet by Adm. Gambier.
