1804 Built at Bermuda of the pencil cedar, measure, BOM, from 75 to 78 tons ; mount four 12-pounder carronades, with a crew of 20 men and boys.

May 1805 Newfoundland Station

1808 a less than complimentary comment on this type of vessel, which, although built in 1804, is included by William James in the volume for 1808, presumably in the light of the experiences of those who had departed them, and the results achieved or otherwise.

Portsmouth 15 Nov 1811 arrived from Newfoundland.

Falmouth 15 Apr 1812 departed with dispatches for New York.

27 Jun 1812 despatched from Halifax to England with the intelligence that the United States had declared war on Great Britain, arriving Portsmouth 25 Jul.

Plymouth 21 Nov 1812 Is reported to have arrived with dispatches from the Tagus.

Falmouth 6 Feb 1813 arrived from Gibraltar and Cadiz with a bag of letters.
