17 Aug 1803 arrived Sheerness, the Mary.

25 Aug 1803 departed Sheerness.

8 Nov 1803 arrived at Falmouth on Tuesday from the squadron off Ferrol, having on board Gen Baird and suite, who on their passage from India in the Persverance, South Whaler, had been taken by a French privateer and retaken by the frigate Sirius, 36, Capt Prowse, just entering the harbour of Corunna.

4 Mar 1804 captured the L'Esperance and La Rosalie (Lieutenant Robert Milne).
The following report appeared in the London Gazette :
His Majesty's Hired Cutter Mary, off Brest, 12th March 1804.
Sir, Underneath is a Return of Two Sloops which I captured going into Brest with Provisions for the Enemy's Squadron ; they were Part of a Convoy from Bordeaux bound to Brest.
I have the Honor to be, &c. Robert Milne.
To the Honorable Admiral Cornwallis, &c. &c. &c.
L'Enterprise, M. Jasum, Master, 44 Tons, Four Men, laden with Wine and Brandy, belonging to Brest.
Rosalie, Louis Datour, Master, 43 Tons, Four Men, laden with Flour, belonging to Bourdeaux.

12 Mar 1804 off Brest.

21 Aug 1804 the Account of Sales of the Hulls and Cargoes of the L'Esperance and La Rosalie, will be delivered into the Registry of the High Court of Admiralty, etc.
