Circa 22 Oct 1803 Commissioner Otway has arrived at and is apptd in charge of Gibraltar Dockyard.

26 Aug 1842 the Royal Standard was raised on the New Mole Montague Flag Staff at Gibraltar on Prince Albert's birthday.

26 Aug 1842 the Union Jack was raised on Prince Albert's birthday at the Gibraltar Upper Signal Station.
