6 Oct 1832 the Belleisle is to have jury masts fitted at Plymouth to take her round to Milford Haven to undergo a thorough repair, the first of many such vessels, the dockyard henceforth being used to repair vessels as well as build them.....watch this space I guess ?

11 Dec 1841 Captain Sir Francis Collier, Knight, C.B., K.C.H., appointed to succeed Rear-Admiral S. Jackson, C.B., at Pembroke Dock-yard.

25 Dec 1841 Sir Watkin O. Pell, C.B., is appointed to the Royal Sovereign yacht, and the superintendence of Pembroke Dockyard.
