5 Jul 1915 Smyrna patrol : the blockade of the Turkish coast from Cape Kaba to Latitude 38.30, some 200 miles, including Smyrna. The base for our ships was at Port Iero in the Island of Mytelene.

18-22 Aug 1915 rescued the Snaefell, which was ashore in Adramyti Bay while harrying Turkish troops - see p. 153-> www.naval-review.org/issues/1924-1.pdf.

8 Oct 1916 at Salamis harbour as a part of the Entente forces attempting to bring Greece into the war on the side of the allies following the schism between the Royalists and the Venizelists - see p 53 www.naval-review.org/issues/1918.pdf.

30 Nov 1916 in collision with destroyer whilst on patrol near minefields. Heavy casualties and damage ; both struggled back to Mudros.
