16 Feb 1812 Victorious, accompanied by the Weasel, arrived off Venice. 21st-22nd chased a French squadron, during which the Weasel destroyed the brig Mercure, whilst the Victorious caught up with and captured the Rivoli following a long and severe action, shortly after the arrival of the Weasel. The Rivoli was purchased into the service.

Plymouth 8 Jul 1812 Victorious and Rivoli arrived in Cawsand Bay, the latter a prize.

Portsmouth 28 Jul 1813 Went out of harbour.

Mahon 3 Jul 1814 Remains.

Port Mahon 7 Aug 1814 Remained.

30 Apr 1815 northward of the island of Ischia, after a running fight and brave defence of 15 minutes, captured the French 40-gun frigate Melpom�ne, from Porto-Ferrajo to Naples, to take on board Napoleon's mother.

Palermo 26 Dec 1815 Remains.

Portsmouth 8 Oct 1816.

Portsmouth 8 Feb 1817 In harbour (paying off).

Portsmouth 12 Aug 1818 Was one of a number of vessels in ordinary inspected regards her condition.
