4 Mar 1800 Portsmouth, arrived the Rowcliffe, 16, Lt. Donovan, from Guernsey.
9 Mar 1800 Portsmouth, departed with his Excellency Count Viomerille, Commander in Chief of the Russians, Colonel Gladlioff, and suite.
5 Apr 1800 Portsmouth, arrived with the Russian Commander in Chief, from Guernsey.
8 Apr 1800 Portsmouth, departed the Rowcliffe, Lt. Donovon, for Cowes, to take troops from thence to Guernsey.
