14 Feb 1797 Taken at St Vincent. Remained on the Lisbon Station until Oct. '97 when she was sent to the UK for repair, where vessel was relegated to Harbour Service.

Jan 1799 Prison ship, at Plymouth ; Lt. W. Styles.

14 Mar 1802 remains in Hamoaze as a prison ship for prisoners of war ; Capt J Manley, RN, Superintendent of Prisoners of War.

May 1805 Plymouth ; Prison Ship.
