14 Nov 1803 has been undocked at Sheerness and just been masted.

Circa 16 Apr 1804 Capt Carteret, apptd to the Scorpion, vice Hardinge.

Circa 26 May 1804 Lieut (now Capt) Bluett of the Scorpion, and Lieut White, of the Beaver, are presented by the Patriotic Fund, at Lloyds, with swords of �50, value each, for their distinguished conduct during the capture of the Atlante.

Circa 26 May 1804 Capt C B Jones, who was dismissed the service at Portsmouth, when commander of the Beaver, and Capt A Jennings, are restored to their rank.

11 Apr 1805 Scorpion, Philip Carteret, Commander, in Company with the Hired Armed Ships Providence and Thames, captured the Dutch Privateer De Eer, aka D'Eer alias L'Honneur.

11 Nov 1805 Prize money for the capture of the Dutch Privateer De Eer, aka D'Eer alias L'Honneur, will be paid shortly.

Falmouth 28 Dec 1806 arrived from a cruise.

16 Feb 1807 captured the French privateer Bougainville on the Home station.

21 Nov 1807 captured the French privateer Glaneuse on the Home station.

3 Dec 1807 captured the French privateer Glaneur on the Home station.

26 Aug 1809, at Barbadoes it is reported that the Scorpion has captured off the Saintes a small privateer schooner, 1 gun.

15 Dec 1809 departed from Basse-terre, Guadeloupe, with a small squadron in search of a French sqadron reported to be in the area. In subsequent days was joined by 2 sloops and 2 frigates.

17 Dec 1809 the French ships Loire and Seine were sighted and anchored under a shore battery in a cove at Arise la Basque, where the British squadron was joined by the Sceptre, 74. The French ships were subsequently engaged and destroyed on the 18th.

11 Jan 1810 with a squadron off Basse-terre bay, island of Guadaloupe, when the Scorpion was detailed to being out the French 16-gun brig-corvette Oreste, which after a long chase she achieved, and was added to the British navy by the name of Wellington.

9 Feb 1810 a part of a British squadron at Basse-terre which discovered the French frigate N�r�ide off the port and proceeded in chase.

10 Feb 1810 subsequently departed from the West Indies for England with despatches regarding the capture of Guadaloupe etc., arriving Plymouth 13 March.

20 Dec 1812, Antigua, departed with a convoy, but parted company with the Rachel & Mary, Ritchie, for Halifax, after 3 days.

St. Thomas 8 May 1813 departed with a convoy to England.

Plymouth 28 Jun 1813 departed last evening with the homeward-bound West India convoy of 100 sail, bound for London, with a fine breeze from the westward.
