Notes:

12 Oct 1806 Constance, Strenuous, Sheldrake and cutter Britannia chase the French store-ship Salamandre on shore : she was set on fire and destroyed, but the Constance went aground and was lost to the French.
The following casualties were suffered by the Sheldrake:
John Brown, Seaman was killed.
Edward Hunt, Seaman and.
John Culbett, Seaman were wounded.
Mr. Henry Fraser, Master, who volunteered to accompany Mr. Richards, First Lieutenant of the Constance, in the second attempt to save the Constance, are amongst the missing,

19 Jan 1809 Mr. Hubbert, acting Master, and a party of 10 men, except 1, were drowned when a prize taken by the Sheldrake sank without warning.

27 Mar 1811 Tartar and Sheldrake assist at the defence of the island of Anholt in the Cattegat from an attack by the Danish.

Yarmouth 11 Aug 1811 Passed here a convoy, from the Baltic.

Sheerness 11 Sep 1811 departed to the Nore with a convoy for the Baltic.

Harwich 15 Sep 1811 Put in due to unfavourable winds, with a convoy for the north.

Yarmouth 1 Jan 1812 arrived from a cruise off the Dogger, where she fell in with a ship which in the late gales carried away her masts, laden with timber and deals.

Yarmouth 5 Jan 1812 departed to the westward.

Yarmouth 31 Jul 1812 arrived with dispatches from Gottenburgh.

16 Oct 1812 captured the French privateer L'Aimable D'Ecrilly. 2 Apr 1818 officers and company, who were actually on board at the capture, will be paid their respective proportions of the net proceeds of the hull, stores, and head-money.

6 Nov 1812 captured the Aogeroe. Sales accounts will be deposited in the Registry of the High Court of Admiralty, on the 15 Jan 1819.

16 Mar 1813 captured the Ebenetzer. Sales accounts will be deposited in the Registry of the High Court of Admiralty, on the 15 Jan 1819.

27 Jul 1813 Sheldrake, Erebus, Thracian, and Woodlark captured the Forsoget, Stephanus, and Erskine. Sales accounts will be deposited in the Registry of the High Court of Admiralty, on the 15 Jan 1819.

Falmouth 11 Nov 1814 arrived from the Downs.
