Jan, 1846, Termagant, 10, Mr. White, quarter-built, at Deptford.

20 Dec 1848 Steam frigate. Portsmouth.

21 Apr 1857 at Jamaica. Carrying the Commodore H. Kennett's pendant. The Commodore writes to the Secretary of the Admiralty with a report from the Arab informing them of the capture of a slave schooner off Cuba.

27 April 1860 Valparaiso the Termagant, Grappler and Forward departed for Vancouver, via Callao.

28 Aug 1860 London is reported to have arrived at Vancouver.
