The owners of the Nestor wreck seem likely now soon to reap the reward of their patience. A complete diving dress has arrived from Sydney, and was in full operation yesterday. Several bars of the railway iron have been got up from the hold of the wreck, and the whole may be expected to be recovered in a few days. Then will come the consideration of the Portland railway.-
