His Excellency the Governor-General has directed it to be notified that W. Augustine Duncan, Esq., Sub-Collector of Customs ; John Stephen Ferriter, Esq., J.P. ; John Edward Barney, Esq., J.P. ; William Thornton, Esq. ; and John Richardson, Esq., have been nominated and appointed a Board for the inspection and regulation of all Steam and other Vessels employed in the harbour and Port of Moreton Bay, or River and Waters adjacent thereto.
