To distinguish all above. One tube before first funnel. Funnels fairly close together. Eyes set back from stern.
3 Thornycroft : 8, 7, 6 (1906). 244 - 7 tons.
- Dimensions: 171.5 x 17.5 x 6.75 feet.
- Armament 2 - 12 pdr.. 3 - 18 inch tubes.
- H.P. 3750 = 26 kts. Parsons turbine. 3 screws. Oil : 42/3., tons.
Were originally named in order given: Gnat, Glow-worm, and Gadfly. No. 9 (ex Grasshopper). No. 10 (ex Greenfly), No. 11 (ex Moth). No. 12 (ex Mayfly), have been lost during the War.
To distinguish.- One tube between funnels: funnels wide apart.
5 White boats : 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (1906). 261 tons.
- Dimensions : 178 x 17.5 x 6.5 feet.
- Armament : 2 - 12 pdr., 3 - 18 inch tubes.
- H.P. 3600 = 26 kts Parsons turbine. Oil fuel : 44 / 37 tons.
Were originally named in order given Spider, Sandfly, Firefly, Dragonfly, Cricket.
To distinguish.- Tubes before and abaft first funnel. No tube before after 12 pdr. position. Funnels wide apart?

- Dimensions: 165 x 17.5 x 7 feet.
- Armament: Nil.
- H.P. 2900 = 25 kts. 44 tons.
