Barbadoes

To be signed by all the Signing Officers and by the Officer under whom the Artificers were employed, all of whom are to be present when the men are paid and are to certify the payment.

To this is to be subjoined a Certificate from the Governor or Consul, or from two or three respectable Merchants, that the wages as exprest in the Account were at the usual rates for that place.
