For the Hire of a Wharf, Warehouse, Boat, Stage (as the case may be) stating the rate at which the same was hired, the time it was used, and the sum used for the hire.

This is to be signed by the Officers, and certified by the Governor, Consul, or two or three Merchants, and to contain a receipt for the payment.
