The Surgeon is at the Payment of the Ship to make out a general Account of the Smart Tickets issued, with an Account of the Number received, at what time, and what remain unissued, which he is to deliver to the Commissioner, if paid at an out-port, or to take to the Navy-Office, if paid in London; many with the officers names forged. having been produced to the Governors of the Chest.
