JACQUES Joseph last wrote home in 1881, when living in East-end Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia. Sister Eliza.
JOHNSON John was last heard of from Melbourne, Victoria; then second steward in Orient Company. His mother desires news.
JONES J. Native of Gillingham, Kent, went to Australia in 1881, and last wrote home about eight years since when leaving Melbourne to go to his cousin, Alec Munsen, in China.His sisters Kate and Polly, brother Bill, and his poor widowed mother are very anxious for tidings.
KEEHNE Mrs. Ellen nee Supple, left Melbourne in 1869 for Hokitika, and afterwards went to Auckland, New Zealand. her son Augustus  asks.
KNIGHT W.A. is believed to be in Melbourne. His only son seeks his whereabouts.
MACLEISH Susannah last wrote to her mother, Susannah West, from Burran-street, Macdonald Town, Australia, about five years ago.

STICKLAND Harry sailed from London about twenty-five years ago as doctor's boy; last known address care of Mrs. Hogo, 53 high-street, Prahran, Australia. His niece Sarah inquires.
THOMPSON George Last wrote from Mount Morgan gold diggings on 6th December, 1891; he was then leaving for Normanton, Queensland. His aged parents in Dover inquire.

AUGUST 27, 1893 Acknowledgment
BESSANT John {7th May} writes to Lloyd's from near Brisbane: "I have discovered my sister Rose's inquiry for me in the Queenslander, and shall very much like to here from her". They had not heard of each other for over seven years.
