Revised Edition of the Regulations

Whereas it has been found necessary from time to time to effect certain alterations in the Regulations for conducting Your Majesty's Naval Service as established by Your Majesty's Order in Council of the 29th day of December, 1887, such alterations, wherever necessary, having received the sanction of Your Majesty in Council, and whereas the number of alterations so effected has been so great as to render it desirable to publish a Revised Edition of the Regulations in question embodying such alterations. We beg leave most humbly to present herewith for Your Majesty' s gracious consideration and sanction a copy of the said Revised Edition which contains all existing Orders and Regulations for the governance of Your Majesty's Naval Service :

The assent of the Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction.

Addenda to Queen's Regulations

Whereas by Your Majesty's Order in Council dated the 15th of March, 1893, Your Majesty was graciously pleased to sanction the issue of a Revised Edition of the Regulations for conducting Your Majesty's Naval Service.

And whereas it has been found necessary since the issue of the said Revised Edition to effect further alterations in the said Regulations, we beg leave most humbly to present herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and Sanction a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations dated February, 1894, which contains all alterations effected since the issue of the said Revised Edition.

The assent of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction; and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction.

Whereas by Your Majesty's Order in Council dated the third day of March 1894, Your Majesty was graciously pleased to sanction the issue of Addenda to the Regulations (1893) for the government of Your Majesty's Naval Service. And whereas it has been found necessary since the issue of the said Addenda to effect further alterations in the said Regulations, we beg leave most humbly to present herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations dated 1st February 1895, which contains all alterations effected since the issue of the said Regulations of 1893. The assent of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction ; and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction

We beg leave to present, herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations, dated 1st February, 1896, which contains all alterations effected since the issue of the said Regulations of 1893.

Whereas by Your Majesty's Order in Council, dated the sixth day of March, 1896, Your Majesty was graciously pleased to sanction the issue of Addenda to the Regulations (1893) for the government of Your Majesty's Naval Service.

And whereas it has been found necessary since the issue of the said Addenda to effect further alterations in the said Regulations.

We beg leave to present, herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations, dated 1st February, ]897, which contains all alterations effected since the issue of the said Regulations of 1893.

The assent of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction ; and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction.

Whereas by Your Majesty's Order in Council, dated the 18th day of May, 1897, Your Majesty was graciously pleased to sanction the issue of Addenda to the Regulations (1893) for the government of Your Majesty's Naval Service.

And whereas it has been found necessary since the issue of the said Addenda to effect further alterations in the said Regulations.

We beg leave to present herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations, dated 1st March 1898, which contains all alterations effected since the issue of the said Regulations of 1893.

The assent of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction ; and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction.

Issue of a Revised Edition of the Queen's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions

Whereas it has been found necessary from time to time to effect certain alterations in the Regulations for conducting Your Majesty's Naval Service, as established by Your Majesty's Order in Council of the 15th of March 1893, such alterations having received wherever necessary the sanction of Your Majesty in Council :

And whereas the number of alterations so effected has been so great as to render it desirable to publish a revised edition of the Regulations in question, embodying such alterations :

We beg leave most humbly to present herewith for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction a copy of the said revised edition containing the Orders and Regulations for the governance of Your Majesty's Naval Service.

The assent of the Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction.

Queen's Regulations, Addenda to,

Whereas Your Majesty was graciously pleased by your Order in Council, dated the Nineteenth day of May, 1899, to sanction the issue of a revised edition of the Regulations for conducting your Majesty's Naval Service :

And whereas it has been found necessary to effect alterations in the said Regulations ; we beg leave most humbly to present, herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the Regulations, dated Mar oh 1900, which contains the alterations effected since the issue of the said revised edition was sanctioned.

The assent of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their concurrence, and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction.

Whereas it is necessary to effect certain alterations in the Regulations for the conduct of Your Majesty's Naval Service established under Orders in Council of Her late Majesty, and under Your Majesty's Orders m Council of the 9 February 1901, the 13 May 1901, and the 11 August 1902.

We beg leave most humbly to present herewith for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations dated the 31 March 1903, which Addenda contain the alterations in question.

The assent of the Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their concurrence, and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction.

We beg leave most humbly to present herewith for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations, dated the 31 March 1904, which Addenda contain the alterations in question :

The assent of the Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their concurrence, and the assent of Your Majesty in Council has already been given to such of the said alterations as required such special sanction.

King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions, Revised Edition � Publication authorised

Whereas it has been found necessary from time to time to effect certain alterations in the Regulations for conducting Your Majesty's Naval Service as established by the Order in Council of Her late Majesty bearing date the 19th May 1899, such alterations having received whenever necessary the sanction of Her late Majesty, or of Your Majesty in Council.

And whereas the number of alterations so effected has been so great as to render it desirable to publish a revised edition of the Regulations in question, embodying such alterations, and effecting a rearrangement of the form of the Book.

We beg leave most humbly to present herewith for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of the said revised edition containing the Orders and Regulations for the governance of Your Majesty's Naval Service.

The assent of the Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their sanction.
