Allowance for Detailed Audit of Accounts on the Australian Station increased.

Admiralty Order in Council No. 11.

15 March, 1893.

C.

Whereas the increase of Your Majesty's Ships and Vessels in the Australian Waters has materially increased the duties of the Naval Officer who conducts the detailed audit of accounts, we beg leave humbly to recommend that Your Majesty will be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council to sanction the allowance of 30 per annum now paid for these duties, being increased to 50 per annum, an amount now sanctioned at other Naval Depots, and that this increased allowance should commence from the date of Your Majesty's Order in Council sanctioning it.

The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have concurred in this proposal.
