Admiralty Order in Council No. 53

18 July, 1894,

Whereas we are of opinion that it is desirable to employ certain Retired Officers of the Royal Navy in connection with the Naval Manoeuvres of 1894.

We beg leave therefore humbly to recommend that Your Majesty may be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council to sanction our accepting the services of such Retired Officers as we may consider it necessary to employ, on the same terms as were approved by Your Majesty's Order in Council of 5th August 1892. The foregoing proposals to take effect from the dates of the Officers' appointments.
